The Fitness Compound is eager to have you a part of our community. In addition to top-of-the-line fitness equipment, 24/7 access, and fantastic facilities, you can sign up for one-on-one personal training, customized nutrition plans, lifestyle coaching, competition prep, and competition posing (please inquire about rates for additional services such as personal training and coaching plans). Our gym is fully equipped with Panatta machines, infrared saunas, and tanning beds (an add-on service; please see FAQ). No matter what your goals are and what your level of experience is, we are excited you are here!!

To sign up, please COME IN during staffed hours to sign up. Although all sign-ups are done through our app, we want to ensure that your door access is working properly. *Be advised, if you sign up independently from a staff member, and your door access has not been set up properly, you will not have the ability to unlock doors outside of staffed hours (M-F 8am to 9pm, Sat/Sun 8am to 3pm).* Please click on the “join” action button for more information or email us at join@thefitnesscompound.com
