The FC is eager to have you a part of our community. At The Fitness Compound, in addition to top-of-the-line fitness equipment and fantastic facilities, you can sign up for one-on-one personal training, customized nutrition plans, lifestyle coaching, competition prep, and competition posing (please inquire about rates for additional services such as personal training and coaching plans). Our gym is fully equipped with Panatta machines, infrared saunas, and tanning beds. No matter what your goals are and what your level of experience is, we are excited you are here!!
