At The Fitness Compound, we offer a 16,000+ sq ft facility, 24/7 access memberships, top tier equipment by Panatta Fitness, red light saunas to help optimize your recovery, tanning beds ($32.99 add-on per month, unlimited sessions), posing space for those getting ready to hit the stage, and much more.

DJ Blair

General Manager

I'm DJ, and I'm the General Manager at The Fitness Compound. I've been working in and running gyms for over 10 years. With a strong background as a Men’s Physique and Classic Bodybuilding competitor, I bring both experience and passion to the gym community. I'm also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, dedicated to helping members push past their limits and reach their goals.

When I'm not in the gym, I enjoy spending time outdoors, shooting my bow, and playing billiards.

Adrienne Blythe-Clark

Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Manager at The Fitness Compound, I help manage the front desk and ensure gym operations run smoothly. I’ve been running businesses since my early 20s and bring that experience into creating an organized, welcoming environment for our members. Along with management, I’m an NPC Bikini competitor, fitness coach, posing coach, and nutrition coach, passionate about helping others reach their goals both in and out of the gym.

In my free time, you’ll usually find me outdoors...whether it’s hiking, spending time at the beach, being with my dogs, or getting back to my love of horseback riding.

Dave Morris

I'm Dave, and I've been in the fitness industry for over a quarter of a century. I blend art, science and in the trenches experience to ensure a smooth transition from where you are to where you want to be.

I believe the best methodologies depend on the individual in front of me, and the most reliable processes come from the fundamentals of that relationship. Together, through superior knowledge and support, we create the perfect, reliable, and repeatable consistency.

I’m Gael, your friendly front desk face! Yoga lover, future personal trainer, and always here to keep the good vibes flowing at The Fitness Compound.

Kirsten Silva

As a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in deep tissue massage, for all kinds of clients, with a particular focus on athletes and bodybuilders. I truly love what I do and am thrilled to continue bringing my expertise to the gym community.

Ava Ramirez

My name is Ava Ramirez, and I’m a passionate bodybuilding competitor specializing in the Figure Division, where precision, discipline, and determination come together to create a strong and sculpted physique. My journey in fitness is driven by a love for pushing my limits, perfecting my craft, and inspiring others to do the same.

As a member of the competitive bodybuilding world, I’ve learned the importance of mental toughness, consistency, and hard work both in and out of the gym. I’m always looking for ways to evolve my training, whether it’s through new techniques, nutrition strategies, or mindset shifts, to keep my body and mind ahead of the curve.

Outside of competitions, I’m a proud member of the Fitness Compound team. I’ve never been prouder to be a part of such a great team. I love seeing the members achieve their goals with a smile. My team members have become my greatest friends & that is something I’m very grateful for.

Aspen Sullivan

I’ve been with The Fitness Compound for almost a year now, but my lifting journey started nearly four years ago after I stopped playing year-round competitive soccer in high school. What started as a way to stay active quickly turned into a passion for strength training. Alongside my studies in marketing, I run the gym’s social media, combining my love for fitness with creativity to help showcase everything The Fitness Compound has to offer.

Nick Freidhof

With over 20 years of lifting experience, I've built my name through strength, aesthetics, and discipline. I'm a Men’s Physique Competitor in shows like the Emerald Cup and Vancouver Open. I specialize in weightlifting, physique development, and nutrition coaching. Beyond bodybuilding, I'm a five-time IPW Heavyweight Champion, trained by TS Aggressor (Brad Rheingans & Curt Hennig lineage), and was personally selected by WWE legends Jim Ross and Jerry Brisco for a paid tryout at the WWE Performance Center and the NXT Showcase at the Arnold Classic.

Jad Shehadeh

Hey, my name’s Jad and I work the front desk here at The Fitness Compound. I’m also a Computer Science student right next door at UW. I like being part of the first impression when people walk in and making the gym feel welcoming for everyone who comes through. I’m working on my own fitness goals as well, mainly building strength, improving endurance, and staying consistent with my routine. What I really enjoy about The Fitness Compound is the atmosphere. The energy in the gym, the people pushing themselves, and the sense of community all keep me motivated to stay on track with both my fitness and my studies.
