In the 9 weeks I have been training with Jordan I have made more progress towards my goal than I ever have. I started at a weight of 181.1 and in 9 weeks I am currently down to 165.6! That is 15.5Lbs down while still putting on lean muscle mass! Jordan is always there for me as a client to answer my questions, listen to my struggles and encourage me. Almost daily he will send me a motivational text to help keep me focused on my goals. Moreover, I have faced one of the most difficult situations of my life and Jordan has been there for me as a friend. I not only say I recommend him but have recommended him to two of my best friends. Improving one’s fitness is a desire that many people have: to be bigger, faster, stronger, to have a more aesthetically pleasing physique. We start this fitness journey full of zeal, eagerness to complete our workouts, and a desire to learn. But soon, as many do, I found myself feeling defeated.
