Ximena's Experience
At the beginning of the year, I decided I was done complaining about my weight and was determined to lose a couple of pounds. I tried to do it on my own and wasn’t very successful. I was doing cardio almost every day, and all I was doing was gaining weight. I decided it was time to get help and decided to reach out to Kim, who coached me throughout my journey. The best decision I’ve ever made! She put me on a meal plan that was just for me. I used to just eat salads during the week and “treat myself” over the weekend with fast food. No wonder I wasn’t making any progress. She also created a workout plan for me, and I started lifting, which I found a new love for. I’ve never been one to have to diet because I’ve always been small, but working at an office during COVID, I gained so much weight that, after seeing my first check-in picture, I was shocked, embarrassed, and sad that I let myself go. I was not about to quit on myself, but with the help of coach Kim, I was able to lose 24+ lbs. Staying consistent with your meals and workouts is not easy, but it’s not impossible. I recommend coaches Kimberly and Jordan to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey. Not only is Coach K an amazing coach, but she’s also an amazing person. Seeing her and Coach Jordan train while also maintaining a busy lifestyle really motivated me. Anything is possible; you just have to put in the work.
