• Where is The Fitness Compound located?

  The Fitness Compound’s address is 10700 Woodinville Dr, Bothell WA 98011. The gym is conveniently located on Highway 522, right off 405.

• What are your hours of operation?

  Individuals with active memberships at The Fitness Compound will have access to the gym 24/7. Please note 24/7 access excludes people with guest passes. Staffed hours will be MON-FRI 8:00am-9:00pm, SAT-SUN 8:00-3:00pm.

• What training services do you offer?

  We offer one-on-one personal training services, coaching for competition prep, meal plans, and one-one-one posing classes.

• How much does personal training cost?

  Training prices are dependent on how many sessions are purchased. Training and nutrition services are offered separately from your gym membership. Contact us to learn more about our coaching services.

• What amenities does the gym offer?

  The Fitness Compound is a 16,000+ sq ft facility that offers secure, underground parking with EV chargers (installation date TBD), tanning beds ($32.99 add on fee), red light saunas, a member lounge, 360° Mirror Room + Competition Posing Area, turf for strength and conditioning, and state of the art Panatta equipment to offer a maximum training experience.

• If I signed up for a membership during pre-sales, when will I be charged?

  Billing began the first day we open our doors!

• What is your visitor and guest policy?

  Guests must visit during staffed hours, sign a waiver, and purchase a guest pass for $25/day.

• Is it possible to share a membership with a friend?

  Yes it is possible to share membership, however each individual will need to agree to our terms and conditions. Please inquire for more details.

• Are there free trials before signing up?

  No, we do not offer free trials before joining.

• Do you offer childcare?

  We do not offer childcare services. Minors are required to be accompanied by an adult who is a parent/guardian.

• Will my membership auto renew at the end of every month?

  Yes. We do not have members commit to long-term contracts. Instead, your membership renews month-to-month.

• How do I gain access to the gym?

  Our gym is accessible to members 24/7 through an app on your phone allowing members to scan in.

• I forgot my phone and can't scan into the gym. Can I still get in?

  Safety is a top priority. We do not allow “tailgating” (allowing members to open the door for other members/non-members). Please contact us if you are trying to gain access.

• Do you offer classes?

  We do not offer group fitness classes. Personal training is offered. Posing classes for competitors is also offered.

• What if I have other questions?

• Will you have showers?

  Yes, we have showers and lockers. Our sauna room (one for men and one for women) features a single-occupant private bathroom with a full shower. However, please bring your own bath towel. The Fitness Compound only provides hand towels for gym sanitization.
