Zach Hall

Elite Powerlifter and Personal Trainer

My training specialities include Strength Training, Powerlifting, Postural Restoration, and Muscle Gain

My qualifications include: • Elite-ranked powerlifter in three different weight classes • Squatted and deadlifted over 3× bodyweight • 10 years of coaching experience

I started lifting in high school to cope with mental health struggles. It gave me structure, purpose, and discipline when I needed it most. That discipline became the foundation of my recovery, and now I aim to share that gift with others. My coaching journey began when a group of high schoolers at my gym asked for help preparing for their first competition. I still work with many of them today.

My training philosophy is that movement isn’t optional; it’s essential. Training isn’t about extra performance; it’s about preserving what you already have. I use weight training not just to build strength, but to restore and optimize how the body works. My approach is built on real-world results. I have applied these methods to lift massive weights safely, and I bring that same precision to every client. I pride myself on clear communication, hands-on teaching, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a way that makes sense to clients from all walks of life.

Outside of the gym, I enjoy gardening, making music, and practicing martial arts. I’ve released around a dozen songs as a vocalist with various groups, and I train in Muay Thai, Wing Chun, and bo staff. I also enjoy video games and expanding my knowledge as a part‑time college student.

I played soccer from childhood all the way through college. I had always been in the gym to improve my performance on the field, but once I was a senior and new soccer was coming to an end, I switched my training style. I fell in love with weight lifting and what it was doing for my physique as well as my self-confidence as an athlete and individual.

My training philosophy is that real change doesn’t happen overnight. Transformation takes time, patience, and persistence. But when you reach your goal, you won’t care how long it took; you’ll just be glad that you did it.

Kyle Crotty

Personal Trainer

I’ve been a trainer for 18 years, lifting for 21 years, and bodybuilding off and on competitively for 20 years. Sharing my knowledge and helping people become healthy and achieve their ideal body goals is the reason I got into personal training. I can help you with your health and the ideal figure you’re trying to achieve. This will be done by teaching better eating habits through customized nutrition plans that are geared towards your goals and biological needs. I teach basic weight training and will then advance the exercises as the client adapts.

Nikki Foster

Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach

My training specialties include body recomposition & physique sculpting, functional mobility & injury prevention, weight loss and sustainable lifestyle coaching, athletic-based strength & conditioning for power, speed, and endurance.

My certifications and education include: • Certified Personal Trainer — NCSF • CPR/AED Certified • B.S. in General Biology with Chemistry minor — Washington State University

I started lifting to build both physical and mental strength during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. Over time, the gym became my therapy, my challenge, and my outlet. What began as a way to change my body evolved into a passion for showing others what they’re truly capable of — inside and outside the gym.

My philosophy is that we master form first, because strength without control is just ego lifting. Mobility isn’t optional — it’s the foundation that keeps you moving powerfully and pain-free. I train you to look good and feel good, building the kind of confidence in the gym that spills into every area of your life. When you move well, you live well.

Jalen Young

My passion for weight lifting started at a young age through sports, but I didn’t fully understand the importance of health until I lost my uncle to a heart attack in 2020. At the time, I was overweight and knew something had to change. That moment became the turning point in my life.

Five years later, I’m now an amateur bodybuilder and certified personal trainer specializing in weight loss, muscle gain, injury prevention, and body recomposition. I’ve lived the journey from struggling with my health to rebuilding my body from the ground up, and I bring that same determination and empathy to every client I work with.

My certifications include ISSA CPT, and I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

My mission is simple: to spread as much positivity as possible and help transform as many lives as I can. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, move pain-free, or completely reshape your physique, I’m here to guide, support, and empower you every step of the way.
